Quality Inspector
Location:
Telford
Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per year
Job Type: 12 Week Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern:
Days:
Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
Nights:
Monday to Wednesday 4:30pm - 3:00am, Thursday 4:30pm - 2:00am
Our client is a well-established metal manufacturing company based in Telford. Day Shifts and Night Shifts available.

Key Responsibilities – Quality Inspector- Carrying out first-off, in-process and final inspections.
- Inspecting components and products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Using measuring equipment including verniers, calipers and other inspection tools.
- Recording inspection data and completing quality documentation accurately.
- Identifying non-conformances and reporting quality issues.
- Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards throughout manufacture.
- Previous experience working as a Quality Inspector within a metal manufacturing environment.
- Experience carrying out first-off, in-process and final inspections.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Experience working within sheet metal or fabrication environments.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
- Experience completing inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and metal components.
- £16.00 - £17.00 per hour.
- £30,000 - £38,000 annual salary equivalent.
- Day and night shifts available.
