Working closely with operational teams, project management and external stakeholders, you will play an important role in driving consistency, managing quality systems and supporting continuous improvement across multiple sites and projects.

A key requirement is practical experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), alongside strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to manage quality information, documentation and reporting effectively.

The position can be based from either the Midlands or London, with regular travel across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Nordic region.

  • Coordinate quality audits, inspections and testing activities across multiple operational locations.
  • Manage non-conformances, investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, test documentation and non-conformance registers.
  • Produce quality reports, performance data and management information using Microsoft Excel.
  • Work collaboratively with production teams, site management, project managers, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support the development of consistent quality standards across concrete operations and project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production quality, reduce waste, minimise defects and improve operational efficiency.
  • Travel internationally to support project requirements, audits and quality reviews.
About You

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manage data, produce reports and analyse quality performance.
  • Good understanding of quality management systems, inspection and testing procedures and non-conformance management.
  • Experience supporting multiple sites, production facilities or construction projects.
  • Confident working with operational teams, production managers, engineers and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, quality improvement and maintaining high standards.
