Lettings Negotiator - Birmingham - £26k basic + Commission

This is a great opportunity to join a leading independent agent who have built up a truly impressive brand over the last several years. An extremely busy office where you will be registering applicants, booking and carrying out viewings and tying up offers. They are looking for a negotiator with at least 12 months experience in Lettings and someone who is hungry to earn lots of commission!

• Arranging and carrying property viewings
• Negotiating lets
• Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have

• Recent experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license and Car (Parking Provided)
