My role in our partnership is to find a professional to have input on their Asset Management of a diverse commercial portfolio. Your strategic input will contribute to the development of new asset management strategies for current and future assets.

Experience and Skill

• Proven experience in asset management of commercial properties
• Building rapport with tenants and stakeholders
• Competency in managing third-party consultants across various projects
• A track record in due diligence and transactional work
• Sound understanding of valuations, investment, and development appraisals
