Lettings Negotiator

A great opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join this quality, local independent estate agent in Harborne, Birmingham. My client has a very settled and established team and due to the rare opening within it they are looking for a conscientious, customer service driven team member to join them.

• A basic salary of up to £28,000
• A commission structure that increases within results, OTE of £31-32,000
• Mileage allowance
• Parking on site
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Play an active role in strengthening and promoting the company’s brand and reputation within the local property market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing landlords, ensuring their properties are let quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Proactively generate interest in available properties, booking and conducting viewings with prospective tenants
• Confidently negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants to achieve successful outcomes for all parties
• Coordinate and manage all pre-tenancy paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide excellent customer service by handling incoming calls and emails from landlords and tenants in a professional and timely manner

• Experience with in a busy lettings agency is desirable
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
• Use of your own vehicle is essential for this role
• You will be a customer centric individual with a keen attention to detail, a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to ensure a quality and seamless service is provided.
