A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land Manager to join a forward thinking property specialist supporting continued growth across the West Midlands region.

This is a key strategic role focused on identifying, securing, and delivering high-quality residential development opportunities in line with the company's expansion plans.

• Identify and appraise new land opportunities across the West Midlands
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, landowners, and local authorities
• Lead negotiations for land acquisitions and heads of terms
• Manage the land buying process through to exchange and completion
• Work closely with planning, technical, and commercial teams to maximise site value
• Monitor market activity and competitor land strategies

• Proven track record in land acquisition within the residential sector
• Strong knowledge of the West Midlands land market
• Excellent negotiation and networking skills
• Commercially astute with strong appraisal capabilities
• Self‑motivated and driven to secure new opportunities

• £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary (DOE)
