About the Role

As Regional Leasing Manager
, you will be the driving force behind leasing performance across a portfolio of Native Communities. Your mission is to exceed occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring an exceptional customer journey throughout the leasing process.

A key part of the role is guiding both site teams and clients. You will help shape leasing and pricing strategies aligned to each asset’s objectives, using market insight, performance data, and competitive analysis to advise on the most effective approach to achieving rent and occupancy targets.

You will work closely with marketing, operations, and central support teams to deliver high-quality leasing activity across both stabilised and mobilisation-stage assets. This includes setting pricing recommendations, supporting leasing strategy, and mentoring teams to deliver confident viewings and excellent customer service. Your work will help ensure Native continues to be recognised as a leading Build to Rent operator across our markets.

Principal

Duties & Responsibilities Leasing Strategy & Delivery
  • Lead the development and implementation of leasing strategies for new mobilisation and onboarding assets.

  • Collaborate with General Managers and Community Managers to ensure performance targets are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Provide strategic guidance across the full leasing cycle, from lead generation through to conversion, supporting both lease-ups and stabilised communities.

Team Development & Leadership
  • Coach, motivate, and empower on-site leasing and front-of-house teams to deliver best-in‑class service.

  • Deliver training on leasing standards, viewing standards, and compliance requirements to drive continuous improvement.

  • Act as a regional escalation point for leasing‑related queries, supporting complaint handling, issue resolution, and service recovery.

  • Lead the development of a central leasing function (planned for 2026).

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Audit leasing data, processes, and compliance across regional communities.

  • Monitor Rightmove activity daily to ensure effective site team usage.

  • Oversee enquiry management and ensure enquiries are handled to Native standards.

  • Use CRM systems to track activity, analyse performance, and produce actionable insights.

  • Support site teams with weekly reporting and validate accuracy before client submission.

  • Lead weekly leasing calls with clients, providing recommendations and supporting data.

Market Analysis & Competitor Awareness
  • Conduct market research on pricing, concessions, and promotions to support rent setting and adjustments.

  • Stay informed on regional BTR trends to strengthen asset positioning, retention, and revenue strategies.

Operational Excellence
  • Partner with the Operational Excellence Manager, Head of Leasing, and site leadership to ensure operational consistency.

  • Uphold brand standards and ensure each community reflects Native’s culture and values throughout the leasing journey.

  • Support regional marketing activity through local campaign and activation ideas.

Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in a leasing, property management, or customer experience leadership role within BTR or residential property.

  • Strong track record of leading leasing teams to exceed sales and occupancy targets.

  • Experience with leasing systems and CRM platforms.

  • Strong IT literacy, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with experience in pricing, reporting, and performance analysis.

  • Confident and engaging communicator with a collaborative, hands‑on leadership style.
