Leasing Executive

The organisation We are partnering with a leading property management business to appoint a Senior Leasing Executive for one of Birmingham's most high profile Build to Rent developments. This luxury scheme is regarded internally as a flagship asset - setting the benchmark for resident experience and operational delivery. You will join a well-structured team environment where leasing performance, resident satisfaction and commercial awareness are equally valued. The role As Senior Leasing Executive, you will work closely with the General Manager and Leasing Portfolio Manager to lead onsite leasing activity and shape strategy. The Senior Leasing Executive will oversee day-to-day lettings operations while contributing to pricing, reporting and client presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading the onsite leasing function and supporting team performance.
* Coordinating marketing activity across digital platforms.
* Conducting viewings and negotiating rental offers.
* Appraising apartments and advising on rental values.
* Analysing local market data and supporting rent strategy.
* Managing renewals and negotiation processes.
* Overseeing compliance, applicant vetting and documentation.
* Producing letting performance reports for client review.
* Ensuring systems and rental data remain accurate at all times.
* Supporting resident communications in collaboration with the wider site team.
* Delivering a consistent customer experience from enquiry through to move-in and deposit return. The Senior Leasing Executive will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and third-party agents, contributing to leasing strategy and onsite innovation. The skills required To be successful as Senior Leasing Executive, you will demonstrate:
* Working knowledge of residential lettings and conducting viewings.
* Experience negotiating rental offers and managing applicant progression.
* Confidence presenting data and compiling performance reports.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A collaborative approach when working within a site-based team.
* Professional presentation and attention to detail.
* Commercial awareness and confidence advising on rental values.

Experience with in Build to Rent or large-scale residential schemes is advantageous.
