£37,000 – £40,000 + up to 10% Discretionary Bonus
Lead the leasing charge at Birmingham’s newest luxury Build-to-Rent development with a globally respected real estate leader. 🚀
Partner with the General Manager and Leasing Manager to drive a high-performing onsite team, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and hit ambitious leasing targets from enquiry to renewal.
What You’ll Own:- Keep leasing systems accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure apartments are always show-ready (spot checks + cleaning coordination)
- Analyse market rents, produce sharp reports & recommendations
- Respond fast to enquiries and smash service levels
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, vet applicants
- Handle flawless move-in paperwork and renewals
- Drive resident communication & community-building events
- Present performance insights and new strategies to clients
- 3+ years leasing experience (BTR advantage)
- Proven viewings + negotiation success
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organised, calm under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel especially)
- Team player with initiative and attention to detail
- 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
- Occasional extra hours in peak periods
