Hays is partnering with a local housing association in the West Midlands to recruit a Head of Property. The role provides strategic leadership across compliance, asset management, repairs and planned investment to ensure safe, well-maintained homes and long-term asset resilience.
You will lead a senior team, shape investment plans, manage significant budgets and report to the board on performance and assurance. CIH Level 5 is preferred, with a strong resident-centric approach.
