The Role As a Trainee Lettings Consultant, you will:
Register prospective tenants and understand their property requirements Build knowledge of the available property portfolio Arrange and conduct property viewings Carry out routine property inspections on behalf of landlords Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and tenants Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants Support the wider lettings team with day-to-day branch activities Trainee Lettings Consultant Requirements:
Previous residential lettings experience is beneficial but not essential Strong customer service experience gained within an office-based environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to build a successful career in property Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence Own vehicle essential What's on Offer?
