The Role Working alongside a friendly, collaborative team, you will take ownership of a well-maintained local portfolio. What You Will Be Doing Overseeing portfolio health to drive client retention and maximize overall branch profitability. Managing property maintenance with a proactive approach, partnering with trusted local contractors.

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants to secure smooth tenancy renewals. Protecting landlord assets by ensuring total compliance with Gas Safety certificates and EPCs. Resolving deposit returns fairly by applying expert negotiation skills between parties. Acting as a key point of contact in the office, delivering an engaging customer experience across all touchpoints. Streamlining administrative workflows to keep portfolio operations running seamlessly.

What Will Help You Succeed Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio with confidence. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to turn complex situations into positive outcomes. What Is on Offer Base Salary & Bonus: £34,000 - £38,200 OTE (including monthly performance bonuses).
