BT Group is seeking a Mid Level User Researcher in the UK to plan and deliver end-to-end user research for consumer digital services. You will conduct usability and accessibility research, synthesise insights, and share findings with product and marketing teams in a hybrid setup across Birmingham or London.
You’ll independently plan, run and communicate research across agile projects, collaborating with stakeholders to shape problems and research plans while emphasising inclusive approaches.
