The organisation there requires brigade of highly skilled Chefs specialising in high quality Indian Curry dishes with experience in events catering.

Specialist Production Indian Curry Chef De Partie - 5 Chefs required

Salary Package

Circa £36,000 + (incl. targeted bonus)

Working Hours

Up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the skilful mass production of a range of high quality Michelin starred Indian dishes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Eligibility to live and work in UK
  • Expertise in Indian cuisine dishes
  • Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
  • Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
