We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join Isaacs at the Grand Hotel Birmingham, who can bring the best out of both spaces – someone who can glide through a busy breakfast service, charm guests over dinner, and lead the team confidently through a packed late‑night music performance. • Leading the team with confidence, warmth, and a consistently welcoming presence.
• Overseeing seamless service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and the late‑night music venue.
• Knowing our menus inside out and guiding guests with spot‑on recommendations.
• Working closely with kitchen and bar colleagues to deliver smooth, standout service.
• Managing staffing, stock, and standards to keep everything running effortlessly.

• Experience leading a high‑quality restaurant or bar team.

• Confidence with booking systems, rotas, and stock management.
