Greene King is offering an Apprentice Chef role at Urban Heritage pubs. You will train on the job to prepare, cook, and present dishes, while upholding strict hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
You’ll learn through our work-based apprenticeships with a mentor and a Chef Academy that features four masterclasses across different cooking areas. You’ll join a supportive team, gain Functional Skills in English and Maths, and benefit from a structured review process every 12 weeks
