Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager for Burger King at Sarn Park, Bridgend. This full‑time role offers a rewarding salary package up to £28,000 with a quarterly bonus and a £10 meal allowance on every shift.
You'll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and performance, coach the team on shift, manage stock and routines, and ensure the unit is clean and well‑organised to handle busy periods.
