Sous Chef with live in available - immediate start The job: set within a luxurious hotel in the heart of Perth & Kinross, this role offers the opportunity to create exceptional dishes using fresh Scottish produce in a stunning 5-star hospitality setting, with live in accommodation provided. The person: an experienced Sous Chef, or ambitious Chef de Partie ready to step up, with a passion for high-quality food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive as part of a talented kitchen team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistent standard Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team during service Manage stock levels, ordering and food costs Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards Assist with menu planning using fresh, seasonal Scottish produce Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an excellent guest experience Support weddings, private dining and special events Help develop new dishes and continually improve the food offering Your personality, experience and qualifications You have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star or luxury hospitality setting.

You'll ideally have:
Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes Experience contributing to seasonal menu planning and development Confident leading, motivating and developing a kitchen team Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen A positive, hands-on approach with a commitment to high standards Available to start immediately and quickly settle into a temporary role This is an immediate start opportunity for someone with existing experience as a Sous Chef or a similar role, seeking a streamlined path to furthering your career.
