Loungers plc’s Alto Lounge is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to lead kitchen shifts, support the Head Chef and ensure every dish meets high standards. This role offers a 48-hour contract (40-hour option), overtime pay and an achievable bonus, plus benefits such as staff meals and day-one discounts.
