• Be the face of Gaucho anddemonstrateservice excellence while following the GAUCHO Cycle of Service and standards.
• Strengthen andmaintainproduct knowledge in order tohost tables and guide guests withpersonalisedmenu choices.
• Support andassistthe management team to maximize sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Comfortable delegating responsibilities out to the FOH team.
• Assist Management team with 1-2-1’s and FOH team management.
• Support,trainand guide all new team members according to brand standards.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Helpmaintaina clean and organized restaurant at all times and follow all set-up and breakdown procedures.
• Close the restaurant according to brand standard sand completeclosingadmin duties
