Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen teams across our pubs and develop talent within the kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and service, while driving a buzzing, guest-focused kitchen culture.
The role requires prior Head Chef/Kitchen Manager experience or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef, with a passion for food and team development.
