Role SummaryAs a Customer Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the store’s operations. From stocking shelves and baking fresh goods to assisting customers and working tills, you’ll keep things running smoothly and ensure every shopper receives outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with queries and requests
- Work deliveries efficiently as they arrive in store
- Provide excellent customer service with enthusiasm
- Bake and maintain fresh goods in the bakery section
- Merchandise and maintain Non-Food product aisles
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and well‑organised
- Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to start early or finish late
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities

- Hourly Rate
: £13.00–£13.95- Additional £2.00/hr for bank holidays
- Additional £3.50/hr for night shifts
