Showroom Manager
Location:
Birmingham
Salary:
Up to £50,000 per annum + bonus (OTE £70,000)
Hours:
Full time, permanent – 5 days worked across 7 (includes weekends)

About the Role
Our client is looking for a commercially driven Showroom Manager to take full ownership of a busy Birmingham showroom. As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the showroom, driving store sales through high standards, strong performance, and effective leadership of the sales team, while ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
This Showroom Manager role would suit an experienced retail manager or a senior bathroom sales professional from a KBB environment who is ready to step into a leadership position and take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily running of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Drive sales performance by maximising every enquiry and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to deliver strong results and consistent growth
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are delivered at every stage of the customer journey
Represent the business as a confident and credible brand ambassador
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
Ensure accurate administration and processes to minimise errors and support operational efficiency
Foster a positive, high-performance culture with a focus on continual improvement and team development
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience within a KBB or bathroom retail sales environment
Previous experience managing or supporting the development of a sales team
Commercially minded with a strong sales focus and ability to drive conversion
Confident, hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people
Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and taking ownership of results
Organised, motivated, and customer focused
