Customer Service Rep, Accounts Receivable/ Collections

As a Cashier at GES, you will be responsible for reconciling online payments to customer accounts from the service centre and the pull through of invoices ensuring customer accounts are balanced correctly.
Main duties- Ensuring all online payments are posted onto the customers’ accounts
- Managing refund requests
- Rolling the previous days invoices onto the ledgers
- Balancing card payments
- Processing cheques onto the system and onto customers’ accounts
- Dealing with day‑to‑day queries with online Expresso orders
- Remittance collation
- Support the Chief Cashier with bank payments
- Support the credit control team to chase outstanding payments

This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.
Hours of workNormal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. On occasion you may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business.
Annual leaveOur holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
