As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

• Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find products and complete purchase at the till
• Brand Bra Experience – providing bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and styles
• Visual Merchandising – owning merchandising and presentation, helping customers find items and discover new products
• Store Standards – maintaining front and back standards, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures

• Passion for retail – love all aspects of retail and creating unique experiences for customers
• Love the customer – keen to learn and develop customer service and product knowledge, eager to participate in learning programmes
