Junior Merchandiser Character Division

Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,000

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly organised individual to join our client as a Junior Merchandiser. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams. You will work closely with Supply Chain, the Character Sales Team and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently and product launches are delivered successfully.

A strong work ethic, excellent organisation and keen attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

• Process and manage supplier orders
  • Winman order processing
  • Email communication with suppliers
• Internal product coordination
  • Ensure relevant teams receive products and information promptly
  • Take ownership of assigned product ranges and communicate updates clearly
• Maintain internal systems and processes
  • Complete Excel detail sheets and line lists
  • Update sample availability on Monday for photography and content teams
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Content, Photography and Product teams
• Complete customer account requests for product details and imagery

• Confident working with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, hardworking and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in Disney and character products is desirable
• Educated to Higher Education level (preferred)
