Retail Store Manager (Fitness Equipment)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy retail store and manage a high-performing sales team.

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets. Working closely with the Retail Management team, you will ensure smooth store operations, strong visual standards, and a motivated, well-trained team.

• Drive sales performance and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop the retail team
• Own the customer journey and in-store experience
• Plan and deliver local marketing and footfall-driving activities
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance
• Ensure stock control, health & safety, and store standards
• Produce regular performance and trading reports

• Experience with in the Fitness Industry
• A confident, motivational, and hands-on leader
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service
• Comfortable using MS Office and retail systems
