This role is centered around providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with their queries, and maintaining shop displays to create an inviting environment. Typical tasks include greeting customers, promoting in-store sales, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the shop space. Volunteers play a vital part in enhancing the shopping experience.
