Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team Driving sales performance and delivering KPI targets Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards Managing stock control, staffing and day to day store operations Creating a positive and engaging culture on the shop floor Analysing store performance and identifying opportunities for growth Leading from the front during busy trading periods Ensuring a first class customer experience at all times About You To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager
