BENEFIT COSMETICS is seeking a dynamic Part-time Counter Manager to join their team in Birmingham. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing brow services and stock optimization while maintaining a visually appealing counter. Successful candidates will have at least 6 months of retail and management experience, along with a passion for make-up and sales.
