Lazy Carpets & Flooring is seeking a friendly individual for a telephone appointment booking role. This position is not telesales; you will assist customers by providing helpful advice and scheduling appointments for flooring estimators.
The role can be tailored to full-time or part-time hours, and prior flooring experience is not necessary. We value clear communication and a genuine willingness to assist our customers. You'll enjoy working in a team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
