As a Loss Prevention Officer at TK Maxx, you will help keep our customers, associates, and assets safe by deterring loss on the sales floor and acting as an ambassador for the loss‑prevention function.

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.
• Deterr loss on the sales floor while serving as a loss‑prevention ambassador.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal, though not essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
