Photographic Retail Assistant Erdington​/Minworth; A88

As a key member of the team you will enjoy multitasking and use your personality to create memorable customer experiences, turning first‑time customers into loyal patrons. The role goes beyond that of a sales assistant and offers a rewarding environment where upbeat energy and motivation are essential.

Required qualities include being self‑motivated, performance‑focused, eager to learn new skills and taking pride in customer care, selling and maintaining high personal standards. No prior experience is required; extensive training will be provided.

Working hours are 40 per week, five days out of seven including weekends. The starting salary is £12.75 per hour, rising to £12.80 after probation, with an uncapped weekly bonus. The position is based in our Erdington or Minworth branches, but you may be required to support neighbouring branches and travel for off‑site training.
