Position: Stock Associate 16 hours - Maternity Cover 3 months Fixed Term

They are responsible for operational tasks and all aspects of back‑of‑house, collaborating with a positive approach to challenges and demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.

What You’ll Do

People Support the Team

  • Support the team through the management and follow‑up of all stock‑related tasks, including deliveries and inventory control.
  • Work as part of the MK team, providing support for colleagues within the store.
  • Take accountability for personal self‑evaluation and performance as an MK Ambassador.
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy.
  • Practice and role‑model the company behaviours, ensuring effective use of the behaviour toolkit.

Service

  • Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
  • Support the team and line manager to ensure all client problems and any complaints are resolved.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with line manager and members of the store, collaborating and influencing to drive performance.

Sales

  • Meet and exceed sales goals, holding yourself and the team accountable for results.
  • Analyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Track and communicate business results and opportunities with line manager support, driving sales and product needs.

Operations

  • Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following brand guidelines.
  • Ensure integrity of inventory control through bi‑annual inventories and cycle counts.
  • Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, taking quick action on early indications of any loss and communicating with the line manager.
  • Collaborate with VM responsible in store to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies.
  • Partner with store management team to ensure appropriate product assortment.
What You’ll Need
  • Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast‑paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
  • Ability to drive back‑of‑house business and ensure the store goals are met.
  • A solution‑driven attitude.
  • Technology proficiency, knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow‑up skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire all fellow team players to work together to achieve results.
Scheduling

Role is flexible over 4‑5 days per week, working different shifts from 8am to 8pm EMEA.
