As a Retail Sales Assistant
, you will represent energy brands inside busy retail stores and shopping locations across London
. Your role will involve engaging with customers, introducing them to the brand’s services, and helping them understand the benefits of switching or signing up.
This is a face‑to‑face sales role based in retail locations
, not a business‑to‑business position.
You will work alongside a supportive team while developing confidence in customer engagement, communication, and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Represent partner brands professionally within retail store locations
- Engage with customers face‑to‑face in‑store to introduce energy services
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and offers
- Promote brand awareness through in‑store promotional stands
- Create a welcoming and positive customer experience
- Answer customer questions confidently and professionally
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to deliver successful in‑store campaigns
- Confident communicating with customers in person
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a retail store environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
- Full training provided; no prior experience required
