We are looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join our team. This role is focused on delivering a great experience for the Monsoon Accessorize customer and reflecting the passion we have for our products.

• Act as a true brand ambassador, working as a team to drive overall performance of the store through exceptional customer service.
• Be flexible in your approach and support other stores and team members to achieve common goals.
• Promote and deliver piercing services to customers alongside your team.
• Ensure an inclusive environment, promoting equality and kindness with your team.
• Be customer‑focused, creating an exceptional in‑store experience and placing the customer at the heart of all you do.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
