Primark Birmingham is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store section, drive daily operations and deliver a top-class customer experience. You will collaborate with the store management team to ensure smooth daily running and commercial execution.
You’ll be responsible for stock, planograms, and visual merchandising, while coaching a team of Retail Assistants and maintaining strong colleague relations. This is a full-time permanent role with a 5 days out of 7 pattern.
