Summary

£46,000 - £66,000 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in‑store discount | Pension scheme

As a Lidl Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of your store, keep customers happy, develop and inspire your team, and lead from the front to achieve success.

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values and confidently creating an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
• Be responsible for managing and improving the day‑to‑day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs
• Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks
• Ensure excellent customer service for everyone who shops with us

• Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast‑paced environment
• Excellent time‑management, delegation, and problem‑solving skills
• A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shift
• Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations
• The confidence to monitor, manage and improve the store’s key performance indicators
