We're looking for kind, reliable people who want to make a difference. No previous retail experience is needed, as full training will be provided. Just bring your smile and willingness to help!

Greeting customers with a friendly smile and making them feel welcome

Helping people find what they’re looking for and answering any questions

Keeping the shop tidy, organised and inviting

Serving customers on the till and handling cash/card payments

Encouraging Gift Aid when donations are dropped off

Supporting your team and helping create a fun, friendly atmosphere

Enjoy meeting and chatting with people

Have a helpful, positive attitude and enjoy providing great service

Like working as part of a team

Can offer a regular morning or afternoon each week

Lunch/travel expenses provided (minimum hours apply)

The minimum age for volunteering in our shops is 16

You must be living in the UK to volunteer in one of our shops

We ask all applicants to disclose, in confidence, any unspent criminal convictions in advance of a DBS check

All volunteers are required to wear a uniform, which will be provided free of charge
