Entain Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager in Birmingham to lead a shop team in delivering excellent customer service. You will report to the Shop Manager and drive standards daily in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, taking bets, handling cash, and supporting product demonstrations.
Shifts are part-time with a typical rota of 20 hours per week, with early and late openings 8am–10pm across locations. Entain offers a supportive, inclusive environment and a strong benefits package.
