B&Q Erdington is seeking a Trading Team Manager Designate to lead and coach teams across a cluster of stores within the Birmingham area. The role includes learning through store placements for 3–6 months and gaining commercial experience before taking on a department or store.
Open to Job Share, Full Time or Part Time, with travel between stores and a competitive package including a pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. This is a pathway to store leadership within Kingfisher’s B&Q portfolio.
