• Someone who likes bikes! (always helpful)
• An experienced leader who hasn’t swallowed a management manual
• Failing that, someone with serious experience who’s ready to step up
• A person who both enjoys and is good at talking to people
• Someone who’s willing to get stuck in
• An all-round good egg with a bit of personality

• A no-pressure, no hard sell environment
• The customer must come first, always
• Bikes are fun, so shopping for kit should be too, surely?

• Hard selling (keen people will have noticed this is on both lists, it’s that important!)
• Targets (the keen types will also notice the OTE below – we’ll explain later!)
• Corporate buzz words like ‘deep dive’ or ‘game changer’

• 5 days a week, including every other weekend
• Working hours of Mon to Fri 9 to 6, Sat 9 to 5, Sun 10 to 4
• OTE including a guaranteed share of the team commission, circa 40k pa
• Seriously good staff discount
