Selfridges is seeking a Department Manager for Womenswear to lead the own bought and concession department, including payroll and strategic decisions. You will work with the Concession Manager to set improvement targets, resolve issues and drive sales through product knowledge and cross-category selling.
You will coach and develop your team, monitor stock, ensure compliance with trading standards and health and safety, and liaise with VM and B&M to optimise presentation and stock levels.
