- Act as a Nespresso brand ambassador
- Welcome, advise, and inspire customers
- Proactively engage customers in conversations

- Ensure the boutique is stocked, clean, and inviting
- Maintain the Nespresso brand image
- Collaborate with team members to manage store operations and customer flow
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves

- Previous experience working with customers in a retail or hospitality setting is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with team members and customers
- Ability to personalise customer experiences and offer luxury service
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills by engaging and inspiring customers while maintaining the Nespresso brand image. Capable of collaborating with team members to enhance store operations and personalize luxury experiences.
