as part of our founding store team, you'll help create an incredible shopping experience while supporting the success of our brand-new store.

you will:

• deliver outstanding customer service and create genuine connections with consumers
• bring the adidas brand and values to life through every customer interaction
• help customers find the perfect products by sharing product knowledge and recommendations
• support the team in achieving sales and store performance goals
• assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock management, and maintaining product availability
• ensure the store always looks its best through excellent housekeeping and merchandising standards
• work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive and energetic store environment
• take ownership of your development through training, coaching, and learning opportunities
• contribute to creating an unforgettable adidas experience for every consumer who visits our store

start strong

connect with consumers
