We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cook with strong Delicatessen experience to join our well established team managing our Deli counter.
Location:
located within Blue Diamond Melbicks Garden Centre
Hours:
Full time, 42.5 hours per week (7-day rota, flexible days) Salary: £29,835
Key Requirements:
Proven experience cooking and managing a Deli within a busy retail environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
Passion for produce development and delivering premium quality produce
Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards
Walter Smith have been award-winning butchers and farmers since 1885 receiving national recognition for our Great Taste Award Supreme Champion pork pies whilst consistently winning regional and national awards for our meat products.
