• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Analyse trading performance and support the implementation of action plans to maximise results.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed to the highest level.
• Assist with staffing, rota planning, and payroll control.
• Support stock management, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store always reflects the retailer’s premium positioning.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Supervisor within a premium retail environment.
• Background within premium fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or high-service retail.
• Passionate about customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.
• Commercially minded with experience delivering sales growth and KPI performance.
• Strong visual merchandising awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, hands-on, and confident leading from the front.
