SDR Team Lead – One Advanced
Join our SDR team as a dynamic Sales Development Team Leader to drive revenue growth by contributing as an individual SDR and coaching our team to success.

What You Will Do- Lead by example as a player/coach, hitting your own quota while guiding the team to meet lead generation goals (50/50 role).
- Complete weekly SDR activity spreadsheets and discuss remedial actions with management.
- Ensure lead dashboards are updated by close of business each day in accordance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with the enablement team to train new SDRs and feedback any training needs.
- Provide weekly updates on new SDRs, including performance, attitude and relevant feedback.
- Monitor new starters’ CRM activity to meet company guidelines (MELs, SALs, opportunities, booking meetings).
- Develop high‑quality outreach sequences across platforms (Email, Linked In, Calls, Direct Mail).
- Identify underperformance risks early and work with management to rectify them with appropriate plans.
- Suggest process improvements focused on delivering a quality pipeline that converts to revenue.
- Participate in Sales Kick‑Offs, Trainings and Off‑Sites.
- Collaborate with Marketing to measure the quality of MELs, MQLs, and outreach processes for specific campaigns and events.
- Complete in‑house manager training to expand leadership and coaching skills.
- Proven experience in sales development or related field.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Results‑oriented mindset focused on delivering business outcomes and value to the organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, Linked In Sales Navigator, Sales Loft and Gong (or similar products).
