We have a number of opportunities across our 3 luxury schemes in the vibrant city of Birmingham, including in our brand-new flagship development due to launch later this year. As a Leasing Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales, maximising occupancy, and delivering a world-class leasing experience.

You’ll be the front line of our sales engine—building relationships, converting leads, conducting exceptional viewings and ensuring our residents receive a seamless and premium onboarding journey. This is not just a job — it’s a golden opportunity to be part of something spectacular. We want the best of the best, so if that sounds familiar, we want to hear from you!

  • Understand customer requirements and align them with available apartments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling in-person and virtual tours, highlighting apartment features and lifestyle benefits across the development.
  • Close deals by confidently handling negotiations, overcoming objections, and promoting value over price.
  • Track and meet weekly and monthly leasing KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline targets.

  • Actively promote tenancy renewals and negotiate favourable lease extensions.

  • Monitor market conditions and provide regular feedback to the Leasing Manager to support dynamic pricing strategies.

MARKETING & LEAD ENGAGEMENT

  • Manage all incoming enquiries from multiple channels, ensuring timely and personalised follow-ups.
  • Partner with the marketing team to optimise lead generation and engagement campaigns.
  • Use and update accurately CRM systems to track customer journeys and provide reporting on conversion funnel performance.
  • Gather and report customer feedback post-viewing to help refine sales messaging and marketing collateral.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Support the full leasing lifecycle: applications, referencing, tenancy agreements, move-in packs, and post-move follow-ups.
  • Ensure all required payments are secured prior to move-in and assist residents in setting up recurring rent payments.
  • Maintain accurate customer and leasing records across internal systems.
  • Liaise with utility and broadband providers to ensure smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing residents.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Confident, outgoing communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Well-presented and highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Attitude & Approach

  • Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven—ready to own targets and challenge the status quo.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives on sharing success and contributing to shared goals.
  • Always looking for ways to add value and suggest improvements to systems, sales strategy, or customer experience.
The Moda Promise
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
