This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll guide prospective learners through the enrolment journey.

• Engaging with cold and warm leads via phone, email, and SMS
• Advising individuals on the most suitable training programmes
• Building rapport and supporting learners through the enrolment process
• Working towards sales targets with the backing of a collaborative team
• Maintaining accurate records and following up on leads

• Confident and professional communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• No prior experience required, just the right mindset
